This is a general price list for my services. Variables including all contribute to the final price: how soiled the item is, what the item is made of, and how much furniture in a room needs to be moved or not moved.
Please keep in mind when pricing for carpet in a room where I will be going around furniture. When cleaning only open areas (traffic areas), you are only charged for the square footage of the area cleaned. You are not charged for the whole room or "Wall to Wall."

Carpet Cleaning Prices:
Residential carpet: 42-46 cents per square foot
Empty Rate: "Whole House, Move in, Move out Special" 38 cents per square foot
Steps: $3.50 ea. (12 steps = $42, 15 Steps = $52.50, etc.)
Scotch Guard Carpet Protector: 1/3 of the cleaning cost
Upholstery Cleaning Prices:
Sofa: $120-$150
Love Seat: $100-$125
Chair: $60-$80
Recliner: $60-$90
Sectional: $60-$80
Dining Room Chairs: $15-$45
Scotch Guard Upholstery Protector: 1/3 of the cleaning cost
